One more episode adds to the complications experienced by Igor Tudor on the Olympian bench. According to information from The Team, the Croatian coach and Mattéo Guendouzi would have had a lively exchange in the locker room during the defeat against AC Milan in a friendly match last Sunday at the Vélodrome. Released at halftime of the match, the 23-year-old French international midfielder (6 caps / 1 goal) did not return to the bench after the altercation with his coach during the break.
This is the third altercation recorded since Igor Tudor took office in less than a month. The first was with Brazilian midfielder Gerson and the second was with French left-back Jordan Amavi, who is now banned from the squad, and now trains with undesirables like Dutch midfielder Kévin Strootman, for example.
