HASBuying a ticket for the concert of your favorite band can be a frustrating exercise when you are in front of your computer when the sale opens and after several unsuccessful attempts, you realize that all the places have been sold in a few barely minutes. This is often the work of “scalpers”, people – or robots – who buy tickets in quantity and immediately put them back on sale on specialized platforms at prices sometimes three or five times higher.
